I’ve spent the last 36 years working between Education and the Shipbuilding industry, and it wasn’t until my wife treated me to a birthday present of a woodturning lathe some years ago that I caught the woodturning bug. Turning is therapeutic for me, I can go to my workshop, concentrate on my turning and shut everything else out. I enjoy developing my skills and in particular looking at new and different things to make.
All our products are hand-turned using the finest materials available. The majority of our products are made from wood – locally sourced if possible. We always try to source the more exotic woods from sustainable sources or from reclaimed items. Our range of products include our platters, bowls, kitchen accessories, salt & pepper grinders, specialty pens and will soon be expanded to include lamps. Of course, being a small business, we can undertake one-off commissions and will always be happy to advise customers on the endless possibilities that turning can offer.
